Summary

ClickHouse announced an expanded collaboration with Microsoft that introduces a native ClickHouse workload for Microsoft Fabric in public preview, generally available OneLake reads for Apache Iceberg tables, public-preview OneLake writes, and ClickHouse Bring Your Own Cloud availability through the Microsoft Marketplace. The Fabric workload enables teams to use ClickHouse’s query engine for sub-second analytics on OneLake data without leaving Fabric, moving data, provisioning separate clusters, or maintaining ETL pipelines. Direct OneLake integration allows organizations to query governed Iceberg tables in place and write ClickHouse-transformed results back to OneLake for use across Fabric tools such as Power BI and notebooks. The Azure BYOC offering lets customers operate managed ClickHouse Cloud within their own Azure tenants while retaining control over data, identity, networking, encryption, compliance, and residency requirements, with purchases eligible for existing Microsoft agreements and Azure consumption commitments.
