Winter ‘25 Release Webinar: What’s New and What’s Next

CData’s inaugural Release Webinar presented updates and 2025 plans for its data connectivity products, which provide live data access, replication, semantic-layer capabilities, and EDI and managed file transfer integration. Connect AI added Connect Spreadsheets for live Excel and Google Sheets data access, a visual query builder, and scheduled queries, with suggested queries, reporting API improvements, and an on-premises agent planned. CData Sync expanded from ETL and ELT to reverse ETL, demonstrated replication of 20 million rows in under six minutes, and plans support for Iceberg, Delta Lake, additional reverse ETL destinations, and warehouse performance enhancements. CData Arc introduced centralized trading partner management and a redesigned Flow Designer for EDI and MFT workflows, while future releases are expected to add Python scripting, stronger role-based access, and interface improvements. The company also promoted its July 9, 2025 Spring Release Showcase and consultations for organizations evaluating its platform.
