Open-sourcing our docs and the agents that maintain them

Warp has transitioned its product documentation to an end-to-end, self-managed stack, open-sourcing it on GitHub to foster community engagement and ease of contribution. This move aligns with Warp's broader strategy to increase accessibility and collaboration by allowing users to fork, edit, and submit pull requests for documentation improvements. The migration to a new system using Astro and Starlight was accomplished rapidly, largely due to leveraging cloud agents for tasks like generating migration scripts and executing the bulk of the work, leaving only the fine-tuning to human oversight. This shift has not only enhanced the maintainability and dynamism of the documentation but also integrated it into Warp's operational framework, such that updates automatically sync with code changes, reducing manual oversight and maintenance overhead. The new documentation setup is characterized by its modularity and adaptability, offering full control over content presentation, telemetry, and integration with Warp's broader ecosystem, thus replacing the reliance on hosted solutions and potentially saving costs. Warp invites the community to participate by reviewing, suggesting, and implementing changes, thereby ensuring the documentation evolves as a collaborative, living resource.
