Our email provider Mandrill has announced significant changes to their service, prompting us to change outbound email providers. We're doing everything possible to mitigate effects, but our customers may experience a higher chance of receiving Sentry notifications in spam due to this change. To prevent this, we encourage whitelisting Sentry emails by adding
[email protected] to contacts or creating filters/rules for our email provider. Spam filtering builds up a "sender reputation" around the IP address of the server, which is being reset when we switch providers, resulting in a gradual warming-up period over 6 weeks before completely cutting over. We apologize for any inconvenience and provide instructions on whitelisting emails.
