What's New in the RevenueCat AI Toolkit: The CLI, Reviewable Store Changes, and Paywalls with Codebase Context
Blog post from RevenueCat
RevenueCat’s expanded AI Toolkit connects coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and Cursor to RevenueCat projects through MCP tools, plugins, skills, and a new public-beta command-line interface that supports project, catalog, customer, credential, and paywall management with machine-readable commands, errors, and noninteractive operation. New skills extend agents beyond basic SDK integration by enabling reviewable store-product pricing plans, codebase-informed paywall creation and auditing, controlled experiments on offerings, prices, and paywalls, SDK compatibility analysis based on subscriber versions, and analytics tasks including audience filtering, chart interpretation, forecasting, billing, and app valuation. Paywall generation can incorporate an app’s branding, premium features, and tone while remaining unpublished until reviewed, while experiment workflows preserve controls, require confirmation before enrolling customers, and can analyze outcomes alongside broader revenue and conversion data. A separate Google Play Billing plugin adds 20 Android-focused skills covering subscription lifecycle, payment recovery, webhooks, security, and pricing changes. The toolkit is available through multiple agent clients and can also install skills independently, with updated installation procedures for existing users.
