Türkiye has implemented a significant policy change with the introduction of Presidential Decree No. 10962, effective January 1, 2026, aimed at enhancing support for service-based exports, particularly benefiting the app industry. This new decree simplifies and consolidates previous regulations, offering more generous financial support for developers, including a 50% reimbursement on software license fees, platform commissions, and marketing costs, with substantially increased annual limits. Notably, RevenueCat has been added to the approved software list, enabling Turkish companies to receive a 50% reimbursement on RevenueCat subscription fees, effectively subsidizing the growth of app businesses. This initiative reflects Türkiye's commitment to fostering the app economy, providing developers with opportunities to scale rapidly and profitably, while also highlighting the country's potential as a burgeoning hub for app development on the global stage.
