Introducing RevenueCat Web Billing: Web subscriptions for mobile apps, simplified

RevenueCat has introduced Web Billing, a JavaScript SDK and web backend that enables seamless integration of subscription purchases into websites, providing entitlements for mobile apps. This new offering allows mobile developers to tap into web subscriptions, offering advantages such as faster experimentation, improved measurability, and better profit margins by circumventing fees from Apple and Google. Web Billing integrates with the existing RevenueCat ecosystem, including features like Charts, Customer Profiles, and Data Exports, while utilizing Stripe as its payment gateway. It aims to enhance the user experience through a customer portal and redemption links, and plans future updates, including additional payment gateways and customizable web paywalls. RevenueCat Web Billing is available to Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plan users, with fees consisting of a 1% RevenueCat fee and Stripe's standard transaction fee.
