Introducing Our New Stripe App

RevenueCat addresses the complexities of cross-platform subscription billing by integrating its data with Stripe through a new Stripe app, making it easier for customer support teams to access comprehensive subscriber information. This integration combines Stripe's customer billing data with enriched data from RevenueCat, including "Last Seen App Version" and "Last Opened" timestamps, providing support teams with valuable insights to assist customers who may be using outdated app versions or have not accessed the app. The app also allows for the inclusion of additional customer data through Subscriber Attributes, enhancing support decision-making. While RevenueCat's data is visible within Stripe, it remains read-only and requires switching to the RevenueCat dashboard for more detailed analysis and context.
