Customer Center, developed by RevenueCat, is a subscription management tool for iOS 15+ that allows users to manage their subscriptions directly within an app, offering a more user-friendly experience and potentially preventing churn by providing targeted promotional offers and capturing actionable feedback. The tool requires minimal engineering effort to implement, needing only a single line of code, and is customizable through the RevenueCat dashboard. It includes features like a management screen displaying subscription details, customizable paths for actions such as cancellations and refund requests, and feedback prompts that can trigger promotional offers based on customer responses. Custom URLs can be added to provide quick access to FAQs or support resources, enhancing the customer experience by reducing the need for direct support intervention. Since its beta release in October 2024, Customer Center has been updated based on user feedback, and while it currently supports iOS, an Android version is expected to launch in January 2025.
