Event Notifications Is Now Generally Available: Get Alerted to What Matters, Automate the Rest

Event Notifications has been made generally available on the Replicated Platform, offering vendor teams enhanced capabilities to monitor and act on critical events in customer-managed environments. This new system replaces the previous Instance Notifications by providing access to over 20 event types across six categories, such as releases, customer updates, and application instances, allowing for more precise targeting and integration into existing tools and workflows. The platform supports granular filters for alert subscriptions, enabling teams to customize notifications based on specific criteria and automate processes like customer onboarding and license management. With capabilities for webhook and email delivery, as well as full management via the Replicated CLI, Event Notifications streamlines the process of staying informed and responding promptly to key operational events, ensuring teams can maintain visibility and control without manual monitoring.
