New iOS and Android Streaming SDK Release

Version 1.3.0 of the Red5 Streaming SDK for iOS and Android introduces several optimizations and bug fixes, particularly enhancing audio fidelity and reducing latency for both publishers and subscribers, in response to user applications such as IoT audio devices and music streaming apps. The release, dated August 11, 2016, addresses issues like device-specific resolution hang-ups and camera swap resolution changes, while also allowing modifications to broadcaster audio sample rates and adding support for AVAudio Mode.
