Now Available on Qdrant Cloud: GPU Indexing, Multi-AZ, and Audit Logging
Blog post from Qdrant
Qdrant Cloud has introduced several upgrades aimed at enhancing its platform for AI workloads that require continuous writing, higher uptime service level agreements (SLAs), and audit logging. The upgrades include GPU-accelerated indexing, which offers up to four times faster index builds on dedicated GPUs for high-write workloads such as dynamic content catalogs and real-time recommendation systems. This feature is available on AWS clusters and requires a minimum of 16 GiB RAM per node with NVIDIA T4 GPUs. Additionally, Multi-Availability-Zone (Multi-AZ) replication is available in the Premium Qdrant Cloud tier, ensuring cluster operation even if one availability zone fails, and offers an uptime SLA of 99.95%. The platform also now supports audit logging, capturing detailed operations performed through the Qdrant API to aid compliance and security needs, with logs persistently stored and retrievable for integration into SIEM solutions. These enhancements demonstrate Qdrant Cloud's commitment to meeting enterprise demands, and they are accessible across various tiers and configurations to suit different operational needs.
