Within six months, the role is expected to deliver trusted reporting, connected product and GTM signals, streamlined back-office operations, and reduced infrastructure work for the growth team. Paper offers a fully remote environment, optional San Francisco headquarters, flexible work arrangements, equipment support, annual team gatherings, and meaningful equity within its 12-person team.
