Modem’s updates introduce Enterprise SSO and SCIM for verified-domain SAML authentication and automated member and role synchronization, alongside agent-focused capabilities such as a ChatGPT Modem plugin, detailed activity audit logs, and configurable remembered approvals. The platform also adds an Automations usage tab for tracking daily spending and findings across billing periods, while its Sources area now supports viewing underlying conversations and tickets with filters by company, person, source, or status. New and expanded integrations bring shared-inbox messages from Front, feedback from Canny, call transcripts from Fathom, Microsoft Teams channel conversations, and Sentry User Feedback reports into Modem, enabling feedback to be grouped and analyzed alongside existing sources.
