The update introduces expanded agent capabilities, including a “Don’t Ask” mode that automatically approves tool actions, interactive rich entity cards for topics, people, and companies, conversation sharing, and a simplified prompt cookbook layout. Automations now support event-based triggers, selectable Fast, Balanced, or Smart models, per-automation tool permissions, and a redesigned scheduling interface. Other improvements include a new billing page with cumulative usage and projected-cost graphs, CRM activity timelines for people and companies, channel-specific Slack ingestion controls, OCR extraction from ingested images and screenshots, and faster loading for Topics, People, and other list pages.
