Highlights from the survey include strong employee trust in management, with 96% believing that management trusts them to work independently and recognizes honest mistakes as part of the business process. CEO Simo Salmensuu expressed satisfaction with the results, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a valued, respected, and inclusive workplace as the company grows. Additionally, Miradore has achieved ISO 27001 certification and has been recognized as a leader in UEM software for SMBs, with other recent developments including the introduction of an MSP portal.
