Looking ahead: the Miradore roadmap

In September 2022, GoTo completed the acquisition of Miradore and has since been working on a roadmap to enhance device management services for small and midsize businesses and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Despite the acquisition, Miradore will remain a standalone mobile device management (MDM) product, with no plans to discontinue its services. Since the merger, new features such as Android COPE enrollment and multi-user iPad support have been introduced, and MacOS patching is forthcoming. Miradore customers can continue using current products while having the option to upgrade to other GoTo services, which offer capabilities like remote access and support. The integration strategy for 2023-2024 involves phased enhancements to increase value for MDM customers, including add-ons from GoTo Resolve and improved integration with user management systems. These efforts aim to provide a seamless management experience and cost savings for IT leaders, with GoTo and Miradore committed to delivering enhanced offerings and integrations. Recent achievements include Miradore being named a leader in UEM software for SMBs and obtaining ISO 27001 certification.
