The integration is set to provide small and medium-sized businesses with a unified IT management experience through a single application, addressing the needs of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) as well. GoTo, with a global presence and significant annual revenue, focuses on creating user-friendly software for IT management and unified communications, serving nearly 800,000 customers worldwide. Miradore, founded in 2006, offers solutions for managing device security and support across multiple platforms, managing over 900,000 devices in more than 100 countries.
