Mintlify saves your team time and money, and now we can show you how.
Blog post from Mintlify
Mintlify has introduced a Savings feature within Mintlify Analytics to help documentation teams quantify the business impact of their work through estimated time and cost reductions. The feature measures money saved from assistant conversations that resolve user questions without becoming support tickets, using an industry-standard estimate of $12 per deflected conversation, and estimates time saved through automations by evaluating merged automation-generated pull requests and categorizing their code output as small, medium, or large. Mintlify chose size-based estimates rather than per-line calculations to make the results easier for teams to interpret, and it counts only merged pull requests because unmerged work does not create realized savings. The company plans to refine the valuation with customer feedback, potentially translate time savings into monetary terms while accounting for review time, and add attribution analytics to show the broader value of Mintlify sites for teams and customers.
