Bring Meta Muse to work with Merge for Workforce

Merge announced support for connecting Meta Muse, Meta’s personal AI agent, to approved workplace systems through its Merge for Workforce platform. The integration uses a governed MCP endpoint that lets organizations control which tools employees can access, apply identity- and group-based permissions, and execute actions using each employee’s existing credentials. Merge says its connector catalog can provide Muse with access to business applications such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, NetSuite, and Google Drive, while security controls can detect sensitive data, enforce custom policies, redact information, or block risky requests and responses. The platform also logs tool calls, actions, outcomes, and triggered rules to support auditing, compliance, and investigations, while shadow AI discovery is intended to identify ungoverned Muse usage across an organization.
