Logz.io Adds PrivateLink Support, Introduces the Parsing Rules Hub, and Significantly Enhances Parsing Capabilities
Blog post from Logz.io
Logz.io has announced its support for AWS PrivateLink, enabling customers to securely transfer logs and metrics through private VPC connectivity without exposure to the public internet, which enhances security, simplifies network architecture, and significantly reduces data transfer costs. The integration with AWS Interface Endpoints allows data to flow directly from AWS VPCs to Logz.io, offering notable savings for organizations handling large volumes of observability data. Additionally, the company introduced the Parsing Rules Hub, a centralized interface for creating and managing custom parsing rules, which streamlines the rule creation process and applies most processor types in near real-time, thus improving data parsing efficiency. This enhancement reduces the reliance on engineering, facilitates faster troubleshooting, and ensures data is prepared for AI applications, with future plans to incorporate AI-powered capabilities for automatic parsing, ultimately aiming for autonomous observability.
