New! 6 upgrades to Jam’s Intercom integration

A new Intercom integration has been launched, offering enhanced flexibility for customers and ease of use for support teams, alongside improved privacy features. The integration allows screen recordings, known as Jams, to be captured from any browser, including Chromium, Safari, and Firefox, and facilitates seamless sharing through Intercom's Slack integration. Users can now personalize messages with Jam requests, automatically blur sensitive data in recordings, and organize Jams by routing them to designated folders with improved searchability via dashboard filters. Additionally, recording links can be customized with users' own domains to reinforce brand recognition.
