Meet AI CoPilot: Heap's Generative AI Analytics Enabler

Heap has introduced AI CoPilot, a generative AI tool now in open beta, designed to democratize product analytics by making advanced analytics accessible to product managers, designers, and marketers through a chat interface, AI-generated chart summaries, and insightful follow-up questions. AI CoPilot aims to reduce the dependency on "analytics enablers" within teams, empowering novice users to gain actionable insights without specialized training. Utilizing OpenAI's API, AI CoPilot allows users to interact with analytics in natural language, automatically selecting the right charts and analyses while maintaining a privacy-centric approach by ensuring that customer data is not used for third-party AI model training. As part of Contentsquare, Heap combines its quantitative analytics tools with Contentsquare's experience analytics capabilities, enhancing the overall analytics experience. AI CoPilot is available at no additional cost to Heap customers in the Growth, Pro, and Premier plans, and is expected to extend its generative AI functionalities further across Heap and Contentsquare in the future, focusing on understanding, summarizing, and educating users in context.
