In January 2016, Grafana Labs team members from around the world, including a newly expanded group in Sweden, gathered in New York City for a week of strategic planning and development, despite a major snowstorm that immobilized the city. The face-to-face meeting aimed to strengthen relationships and enhance productivity, as the team was typically spread across different geographical locations. Although the storm forced them to remain indoors, they stayed connected through Slack and enjoyed their surroundings with whiskey, embodying the spirit of resilience and adaptability.
