Users have control over what information to include and can encrypt bundles for security, ensuring only trusted parties can access sensitive details. These bundles simplify information gathering, aiding both self-diagnosis and communication with Grafana's support team. Configurations for support bundles are managed through Grafana’s settings, allowing users to enable or disable them, set encryption keys, and specify access permissions. Future developments for support bundles aim to incorporate additional data, such as server logs, with user feedback encouraged for further enhancements.
