The program encourages participation from individuals who are passionate about mentoring and contributing across the Grafana LGTM Stack, offering benefits such as invitations to events and increased visibility. Applications are open to global contributors, with a focus on inclusivity and creativity in contributions, which can range from blog posts to conference presentations and code contributions.
