The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic intensified his awareness of the importance of extended family support, prompting him to move back to France, where he could reconnect with his family. Tovena expresses gratitude towards Grafana Labs for their flexible work culture, which facilitated his return home, allowing him to celebrate personal milestones with his family for the first time in years.
