Frigade is introducing a new tool designed to help customers independently diagnose issues related to Flow visibility, a common concern among users. Previously, the company assisted customers by guiding them through a triage playbook to identify reasons such as a deactivated Flow or users not being included in the Flow's targeting query. The newly launched debugger allows users to visit a specific user's detail page, access the Flows tab, and check the eligibility status of each Flow. If a Flow is marked as ineligible, hovering over the status reveals the reasons for ineligibility, streamlining the troubleshooting process and reducing reliance on direct support.
