Summary

Fleet’s fall 2026 roadmap centers on practical AI capabilities and expanded Windows device management, with major releases planned over the next three months under Fleet 5. Planned features include AI-assisted generation of configuration profiles, policies, and reports through tools such as Claude, Codex, Copilot, Slack, and Microsoft Teams; AI governance inventory and host-level agent-session visibility; and a hosted, read-only MCP server enabled by default. Fleet also plans a redesigned API with a migration path from Fleet 4, Windows support for Microsoft Store apps and ZIP packages, enhanced Windows configuration profile deployment, and integrations with ServiceNow and Oomnitza. Additional initiatives cover tvOS management, conditional access with Okta and Google, Android patching and enrollment, macOS patch deadlines and updates, self-service profiles, custom host vitals, mobile-device labels, and recurring scripts. Over the following 180 days, Fleet aims to add Windows patch deadlines and prompts, deployment of very large packages such as local language models, Slack and Teams host-query bots, an in-product chat experience, and AI governance dashboards.
