Women’s History Month Spotlight: Ciara Roca

To maintain professional growth, she participates in a mentoring group called Common Purpose, which brings together senior leaders from various sectors. She admires New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Arden for her empathetic leadership style and ability to balance work and family life. If not in tech, Ciara would be designing album covers for big bands. Fivetran is currently hiring across multiple teams and regions.
