Yampa, a French leader in conversational AI, has significantly enhanced automated outbound communications by integrating ElevenLabs' Flash V2.5 into its proprietary orchestration layer, enabling high-scale voice agents to handle hundreds of simultaneous interactions with human-like precision. The integration addresses key challenges such as massive concurrency, latency spikes, and operational stability by ensuring instant interaction, maintaining voice quality, and allowing for unlimited scalability. After six months of implementation, Yampa reported a 31% increase in first-contact resolution, a 58% reduction in voice response latency, and complete conversational stability even during high-intensity operations. Building on this success, Yampa plans to explore ElevenLabs' real-time Speech-to-Text (STT) to further reduce latency and improve agent responsiveness in the French market, aiming to create more seamless customer engagements.
