Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation has partnered with ElevenLabs, a leader in voice AI technology, to integrate voice interfaces into public services, as announced by Mykhailo Fedorov at the IT Arena conference. The collaboration aims to make interactions with the Ukrainian government as simple as a single request or voice message, marking a step towards a more proactive, agentic state. The initiative includes using ElevenLabs' technology to voice the digital twin of Mykhailo Fedorov and plans to expand voice AI capabilities to the Diia portal, educational platforms, and internal ministry tools. This integration is intended to enhance accessibility and efficiency, reflecting Ukraine's commitment to innovation and setting a benchmark for digital governance.
