Initially launched with a single-agent architecture, Scout has evolved to include multilingual support and multi-agent orchestration, enabling seamless and dynamic interview processes. Key enhancements include a custom evaluation framework and deduplicated interview logic, which streamline operations by reducing redundancy and aligning evaluations with client-specific criteria. As a result, Traba's AI-led system automates 85% of worker vetting, saving over 4,000 operator hours monthly and achieving higher shift completion rates compared to human-led processes. Looking ahead, Traba plans to introduce features like agent-led onboarding and emotion detection to further enhance the scalability and effectiveness of their staffing solutions.
