By integrating ElevenLabs' Conversational AI technology, Smartness developed two specialized AI agents: an AI Support Agent that manages customer inquiries and prioritizes tickets in Zendesk during off-hours, with future capabilities to autonomously resolve common issues, and an AI SDR Agent that acts as a virtual sales rep to engage leads and schedule demos, reducing the workload on human sales reps for lower-priority tasks. This collaboration, facilitated by an internal AI task force, has enabled Smartness to provide continuous customer service and allow their sales team to focus on more critical accounts, positioning AI as a key component in their global expansion strategy.
