Revolut selects ElevenLabs Agents to bolster customer support

Revolut, the global financial technology company, has enhanced its customer support by deploying ElevenLabs Agents, significantly reducing time-to-resolution for customer queries by over eight times. This move allows Revolut to provide multilingual voice support to more than 4 million customers across the UK and Europe in over 30 languages, maintaining high-quality service while scaling efficiently. Initially developing an internal system, Revolut opted for ElevenLabs due to their superior voice quality, low latency, and compliance with security standards such as PCI. The collaboration resulted in a premium voice channel with a 99.7% call success rate, integrating seamlessly into Revolut’s existing AI stack without requiring a rebuild. The partnership with ElevenLabs has enabled Revolut to maintain control over orchestration and business logic, thus allowing for precise, context-aware customer interactions and the potential for new, revenue-generating experiences.
