Initially launched internally in 2023 and expanded to external users by 2025, AISSIST offers a comprehensive suite of industry-specific audio solutions as it combines leading AI technologies into a user-friendly interface that supports various functions, including document chat, translation, and automated workflows. Through this collaboration, BurdaVerlag seeks to leverage ElevenLabs' expertise in developing versatile and realistic AI audio models across 32 languages to power the conversational voice agent platform, making AISSIST more intuitive and accessible for media teams. The partnership reflects a shared vision of advancing audio AI capabilities in publishing and media, facilitating rapid adoption of voice-driven digital interfaces, and enhancing content creation and scaling across formats and languages.
