Introducing the Astronomer Champions Program for Apache Airflow®

Astronomer has launched the Astronomer Champions Program for Apache Airflow®, a global initiative aimed at recognizing and empowering outstanding data practitioners who are dedicated advocates of this open-source orchestration tool. The program acknowledges individuals who contribute to the Apache Airflow® community not necessarily through code but by championing Airflow within their organizations, organizing Meetups, engaging in forums, and creating content. The initiative, currently in its Pilot Phase, has selected an inaugural cohort of ten individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to utilizing and promoting Airflow. These Champions are instrumental in the program's development and success, enjoying benefits such as exclusive access to Airflow developers, complimentary certifications, and opportunities for personal brand promotion. The program seeks to impact Airflow’s future by incorporating insights from its community and encourages continuous learning and knowledge sharing among its members.
