Crab Week 2023, that's a wrap!

In April, Aiven held its annual offsite event called Crab Week in Albufeira, Portugal. The purpose of the event was to bring together the global team for strategic alignment, team building, and fostering a sense of community. Over three days, employees participated in company-wide sessions, functional content meetings, and various activities such as team-building exercises, workshops, panel discussions, and social events. The event concluded with an outdoor dinner by the pool, where attendees shared their experiences using Crab puns. Aiven plans to continue hosting Crab Week annually to maintain strong connections among its employees.
