Swarm-ing Containers: Docker Orchestration at Scale

The integration of Aerospike, a NoSQL database known for its speed and scalability, with Docker has been simplified by the introduction of swarm mode. This new feature in Docker allows for easier deployment and management of containers at scale. With this update, Aerospike is now very easy to deploy using swarm mode in a post-Docker 1.12 world. The use of Docker Compose version 3.2 also simplifies the process, as it is only supported in Docker Engine 17.04 and above. This integration eliminates the need for external KV stores like Consul, etcd, or ZooKeeper, making the process more straightforward and efficient.
