What Salesforce customers are actually building with Zapier
Blog post from Zapier
Salesforce customers Autotorino and Qualys are using Zapier to automate lead-management processes, improve data quality, and make workflows more resilient. At Autotorino, an Italian automotive dealer group with 74 locations and 23 brands, automation specialist Riccardo Berta deployed 109 production Zaps to capture and format leads from numerous sales, service, and form sources directly in Salesforce, eliminating manual entry and redirecting an estimated 2,394 hours in 2025 toward customer interactions and follow-up. At cybersecurity company Qualys, senior principal application developer Naga Mantha rebuilt the Marketo-to-Salesforce lead handoff with Zapier webhooks, validation, routing, duplicate handling, and Salesforce record updates, enabling the team to identify and replay 60 failed webhook runs in minutes rather than spending five to ten hours on manual recovery. Both examples position automation as a way to support reliable Salesforce data, operational agility, and future AI-enabled workflows, while Zapier also announced that winners of its 2026 Zappy Awards will be revealed at ZapConnect on September 23.
