Sub-Zaps: Build reusable Zap components

Sub-Zaps, available on Zapier's Professional plans and higher, are reusable mini-workflows designed to streamline repetitive tasks by allowing users to create a sequence of steps once and incorporate them into any Zap. They act as modular components that can receive data from a parent Zap, execute predefined steps, and send results back to the parent workflow. This feature is especially useful for tasks like standardizing data formatting, onboarding new employees, or qualifying leads across multiple channels, as it reduces the need for repetitive building and updating of workflows. Each Sub-Zap begins with a trigger step, can contain unlimited actions, and allows for optional mandatory fields to ensure completeness and prevent errors.
