Smart Links in Trello allow users to view and edit pages from other apps, such as Google Docs or YouTube videos, directly within the app. These links can appear in three different views: inline, card, and embed, depending on the amount of information desired. The views provide varying levels of detail, including logos, names, owners, and content previews. Smart Links are currently compatible with over 30 apps, including Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence, as well as non-Atlassian products like Google Drive, InVision, Salesforce, Zoom, and YouTube. To get the most out of Smart Links, users can customize their workflows by bringing daily to-do lists into Trello, keeping an eye on multiple projects at a time, and collaborating on large projects within the app.
