Import Airtable records into Zapier Tables
Blog post from Zapier
Zapier has introduced a dedicated Airtable import experience that lets users copy records from a selected Airtable base and table into Zapier Tables without altering the original source. Users can choose specific fields, preview records, and continue working while large imports finish in the background, then connect imported data to workflows across more than 9,000 apps. Historical records do not automatically trigger Zaps, but users can manually send selected records to published automations. Because some Airtable capabilities, such as certain lookup, comment, and relational-table behaviors, may not transfer directly, teams are advised to validate field behavior, rebuild unsupported functions, and keep Airtable available during migration. Zapier Tables is included in all plans, while direct app imports are currently available to Team and Enterprise customers, subject to plan-specific record and view limits.
