Summary

You can add a pre-filled signature to every email you send using Microsoft Outlook, which includes your name, job title, phone number, and other information. To set up a default signature on the desktop app, go to Settings > Email > Signatures, create or edit a new signature, give it a name, type or paste your signature into the text box, and select it as the default signature for new messages and replies/forwards. On Outlook.com, you can also add a signature by going to Settings > Compose and reply, clicking New signature, giving it a title, typing or pasting your signature, and saving it. The mobile app requires setting up the signature separately, tapping Signature in Settings, typing or pasting your signature into the text box, and saving it. You can also add images to your signature by using the Insert pictures inline button. Additionally, you can automate Outlook with Zapier, connecting it with thousands of integrations with apps like Google Sheets and ChatGPT.
