How to add fonts to Google Docs
Blog post from Zapier
Google Docs uses Arial as its default font, but users can easily access and add hundreds of free fonts from Google's library. While custom fonts cannot be added to Google Docs, many similar options are available. Users can remove fonts by clicking the "X" next to their name in the "My fonts" section, although some may remain in the "Font dropdown". Additionally, Google Docs offers automation tools through Zapier, allowing users to connect with thousands of other apps and automate tedious tasks such as saving new documents to cloud storage.
