The chatbot, powered by ChatGPT and utilizing a comprehensive database of Girlology content, aims to assist users in finding relevant educational videos and gather user questions to inform future content development. To enhance user interaction, the team created an intuitive landing page and implemented a system for capturing user data through Mailchimp, with optional information sharing to encourage engagement. The chatbot automatically logs conversation data, which is analyzed using Python's pandas library to generate key insights and inform content creation. By leveraging Zapier, the team reduced setup time significantly and ensured a continuous improvement cycle, allowing Dr. Momfidence to foster meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality interactions with users while expanding its knowledge base.
