How to insert a Google Sheet into a Google Doc
Blog post from Zapier
You can embed a Google Sheet into a Google Doc, making it easy to display snippets of your spreadsheet data and update the table with just one click. To do this, select the data you want to copy from your spreadsheet, edit > copy, then paste in your Google Doc, selecting link to spreadsheet. This allows for seamless updates between the two documents, as long as they are stored in the same Google account. Additionally, you can insert charts from Google Sheets into your Google Docs using the Insert > Chart > From Sheets option. With Zapier, you can also automate the process of sending data between Google Sheets and Google Docs, eliminating the need for manual copying and pasting.
