Summary

Zapier now allows users to copy Zaps between accounts, helping individuals move automations they created personally into team accounts without rebuilding them, while also supporting the transfer of Tables, Forms, Interfaces, Chatbots, and Agents. Users select assets, choose a destination account and folder, review the changes, and confirm the copy. Copied assets begin without run history or usage data, inherit permissions from their destination folder, and remain separate from their originals. Copied Zaps and agents are turned off by default, require app connections to be selected or recreated, receive new Webhooks by Zapier URLs, and may require related Tables to be copied separately; global variables are replaced with their current values during copying. Transfers are available to accounts the user belongs to when they have View access, with Agents needing to be placed in folders first and SAML users requiring administrator provisioning.
