Connect Gemini Enterprise to 9,000+ apps with Zapier MCP

Zapier MCP now connects Gemini Enterprise to more than 9,000 applications, enabling the AI to access and act on information across systems such as CRMs, help desks, finance platforms, recruiting tools, and Slack rather than only Google Workspace. The integration can support tasks including retrieving HubSpot opportunities and adding call notes, reviewing Zendesk tickets and creating Jira bugs, checking QuickBooks invoice status, and advancing candidates in Ashby while notifying interview panels. Zapier MCP also provides centralized controls across Gemini Enterprise, Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, allowing organizations to select permitted actions, lock sensitive fields, preserve existing restrictions, and keep credentials managed by Zapier. Setup requires creating a Zapier MCP server and token, configuring a Zapier data store in Google Cloud with actions enabled, connecting it to a Gemini Enterprise application, and authorizing Zapier; the connector is in public preview, is included with Zapier plans, and consumes two tasks per successful tool call.
