Chatbots just got smarter: GPT-4o mini, URL scraping, and more knowledge

Zapier Chatbots now offers OpenAI's GPT-4o mini model on all plans, allowing for more advanced comprehension and nuanced responses. The new model outperforms GPT-3.5 Turbo without extra costs. Web page scraping has been added to customize chatbot conversations faster. Auto-sync knowledge sources enable daily, weekly, or monthly updates of web pages and Tables. Lead collection has been expanded with options to collect lead info at the beginning of a conversation, after a few messages, and on specific keywords. The number of knowledge sources per chatbot has also increased to up to 20.
